October 20, 2018IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRIVACY PLEASE KNOW THERE ARE INSPECTION EVERY 3 MONTHS THEY ARE SLOW TO FIX THINGS. NO ON STAFF MAINTENANCE THE INSIDE FIXTURES ARE OUT OF DATE RENT GETS RAISED EVERY 2-3 YEARS WALLS ARE SUPER THIN. 6 INCHES BETWEEN WALLS IF SOMEONE STAYS WITH YOU W/O NOTICE YOU WILL BE EVICTED IF SOMEONE NOT ON LEASE STAYS AND YOU REPORT IT IT'S AN EXTRA $200 A MONTH LOTS OF RULES.
