May 6, 2023They are polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and personable. I’ve been living here for 2 and a half years now and I have always had a maintenance request answered promptly. The other night I was locked out of my apartment late in the evening and Ben, whom I met when I first moved here, responded to my call within minutes. August 17, 2015Dog friendly, nicely sized apartments. Reasonably priced and the neighborhood is friendly. You are close to the beach as well as downtown. Love my apartment!
August 9, 2015The office is very helpful, they have cookies and coffee everyday and popsicles for the kids during the summer. I love my apartment! It was super clean when I moved in, had newer flooring (no carpeting, yay!), and is very spacious. The appliances are a little old but work well. The neighbors are all friendly, lots of families live here so it's a nice and quiet environment. Maintenance is very professional and things get fixed quickly. Spring Lake is close to both the beach and downtown and is a ...five minute walk to the amazing sunset views and disc golf course at Maximo Park.
