I’ve lived in multiple apartment complexes in the lehigh valley over the last few years, and this is by far the worst. Maintenance temporarily fixes issues and will not address the actual root problems, I’m assuming because they don’t want to spend the money. My ceiling leaked after a pretty bad storm so I submitted a maintenance request. Nothing was done to my ceiling but I received an email a week later saying the roof was fixed. I emailed again asking to see proof that the roof was fixed, and ...
also requested that my ceiling be checked for mold since it was over a week that I dealt with the leak. No response. My AC unit broke and I was unable to stay in my apartment for almost 3 weeks due to the heat. I asked to be compensated in the rental payments and was disregarded and told that a part was ordered and there was nothing more they could do. Just overall not a good experience here, they do not seem to care about residents at all.
