Review for Spring Village & Property Manager Nancy
March 28, 2025I recently completed my one-year lease at Spring Village, ending on March 30, 2025, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From day one, Nancy, the property manager, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly understanding, always helpful, and made my time here truly enjoyable. I rented apartment E13, and it was a fantastic place to live. The community is well-maintained, the atmosphere is great, and any concerns were always addressed promptly. Nancy went above and beyond to ensure ...everything ran smoothly, and I’m really going to miss her. If you’re considering renting here, I highly recommend it! It’s a mirage.
November 9, 2022It looks quiet but it’s not. You can hear people’s whole conversation and banging that rattles the entire building. Huge roach infestation no matter how clean your apartment is. Nothing is replaced, just patched.Review from Apartments.com
DONT DO It
August 8, 2019If I could give 0 stars, I would!! This place is deplorable and no one should live here unless your only option is a shelter. Drive through the dirty parking lot, look at the windows of the buildings, trash build up at the dumpster and look at the dirty hallways. If you have a car, your insurance will go up because the lot has poor lighting and someone WILL hit your car. READ READ READ the lease! LOTS OF RED FLAGS!!!Review from Apartments.com
DONT LISTEN TO THOSE SOUR GRAPES!
May 11, 2016One of my neighbors called to my attention a rather scathing review of this property and the people who work here. How horrible and hurtful were their words! I felt the need to respond. There is no question in my mind that there were some pretty obvious sour grapes going on here. My guess is that they probably were tossed out, for good reason, and this was their "get even." If things really were as they said, why in the world did they stay? I have lived here for 12 years, and, most assuredly, ...would not have stayed if the circumstances were less than ideal. Probably the most important issue to address is the quality of the management and maintenance personnel. I have found these people to be courteous, caring, responsive, and always helpful. In all these years, there has never been a maintenance issue that wasn't addressed in a timely fashion. Any questions I had regarding the "business end" of my apartment have always been answered respectfully and informatively. On a more personal note, each and every time I drive past any of them, or if I see them while outside, there is always a wave or kind words. When the employees are good, everything else falls into place. I'm so glad the critics are gone, because I'm staying.( I have many other neighbor/friends that have been here as long and longer then I have been.)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
