November 21, 2025I have been a resident for 2 years and it has been the best community experience ever! I am a senior and it is very quiet ALL the time. Best Apt I've Ever Haf
March 17, 2025I've been living in this apt for 5 years now and this is the best apt I've ever lived in. The grounds are neat and tidy, the maintenance guys Jim & Danny are not only the sweetest guys ever, but they respond to requests quickly! I also love the office staff as well and two of them even went WAY out of their way to help me fill my car tire when it was flat to the ground on a VERY cold winter's day. The only thing I would change about this apt is I wish there was central air. The AC wall unit gets ...the job done, but the cold air doesn't really travel to my bedroom.Property Manager Responded

Good place to live
November 25, 2024Price is reasonable for what is offered. Park is kept in nice shape. Office staff is very easy to work with. Jim and Danny, the maintenance men on staff, are both great. Maintenance requested are attended to promptly.Property Manager Responded

A long time resident
April 26, 2023I just signed my 6th lease and hope I can stay here for many more years. First of all the location is the best! So close to 28th Street, The Beltline and so many shopping options. The garages are so convenient to the Apartments and protect cars from all kinds of weather. My apartment is on the first floor and I have an end unit….so I have great patio privacy and a great lawn area. The inside of the Apt has an entrance way and large open Living area and dining area with nice large windows. The ...kitchen is tight but has all a gas stove, oven, micro, stainless steel sink, granite countertops good cabinet space and the best! A full size refrigerator and Washer Dryer, which makes the kitchen small but complete! I have 2 bedrooms…King bed and 2 end tables fit! With a triple dresser and double closet! Second bedroom very ample size and a very deep large closet. Bathroom with large cabinet for sink and under storage also with granite tops, tub and shower and recently new toilets. The office is onsite which is a big plus! If any thing goes wrong the maintenance is quick and thorough. Reasonably priced and a Great place to live!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
August 22, 2022I moved in about 6-months ago and love living at Springbrook. The new company that purchased the property has been doing upgrades to the property and making sure that all maintenance requests are taken care of. The office is very helpful and responsive. February 26, 2021Me and my fiancé applied here after meeting and receiving a tour of their office, we mentioned several times that this would be our first time renting. After we paid all the application fee’s $150 and then $50 per applicant, they informed us that a 1 year rental history is required. Nowhere on their website nor in the papers did it say it was required and they refused to refund us the $50 application fee. Very irresponsible on their part after hearing us say multiple times that it would be our ...first time renting and then not mentioning anything until after we paid the money.Property Manager Responded
