This morning, I encountered a receptionist who was extremely rude and disrespectful, and it left me feeling very disappointed and disrespected as a long-term resident. Additionally, I’ve had ongoing issues with the maintenance team. They often come to address problems but leave them unresolved, and when I follow up with management, I feel like I’m treated as though I’m the problem for reporting ...it. The treatment I received today was unacceptable, and it’s unfortunate that things have come to this point. Given the amount of money I’ve paid to live here over the years, I expected better. I’m grateful that my lease is ending soon, and I’ve decided not to renew.Read More

We are near everything we want to be near to, while having the international flavour that Clarkston offers. Our Townhouse apartment was just remodeled, with granite countertops and high end fixtures. It's a ginormous complex, with great walking and state of the art fitness center and lovely pool. 1500 Oak is a great place to live!
