Don’t let the aesthetics fool you. This property will nickel-and-dime you during your lease and after move-out. You’re charged for normal wear and tear and for things most apartments handle themselves.
You’re forced to pay monthly for services you may not even use—like Fetch, a widely disliked package service, and valet trash that is inconsistent at best.

had to pay again with no credit for the original.
Parking is a mess unless you pay extra for a reserved spot or garage. Trash is constantly left out by residents, and management does nothing about it.
This place charges for everything and delivers almost nothing. Save your money and look elsewhere.
