It all was fine in the beginning and once they get you in its bad. I would avoid till they get better.

We have stayed in these apartments and have finally decided to move out due to so many issues. The rent continuously raises even if you are a long time resident. The staff is not very accommodating and some are very rude. There is a big roach problem that cannot be fixed despite how many times you spray. You are better off getting your own pest control. good, they are the one thing that I liked about the property.
There are a lot of transient renters, if you have a bottom floor apartment you will have a lot of noise from upstairs footfalls. They are dog friendly but I would not pay the DNA thing they made me do because they obviously do not enforce it.
For what you pay for rent there, you would think that you would be treated better. My advice is to be wary of this particular apartment complex and if you find a better place take it, This comes from a 2 year resident who finally had to leave because of to many issues.
