I am on the smaller Murray side of the complex. It is quiet and everyone is respectful. It seems like no one steals anyone's packages that are left outside of their apartment versus the package room. I wish we had more amenities on this side, we just have grills/fire pit, and places to sit outside. It has been great so far! It's been quiet, everyone is welcoming, staff/maintenance is helpful! The only thing is parking is limited and you might have to park across the street.
