Apartment Is fairly Small. Walls are very thin you can hear people's conversations next door. Mold and mildew in tubs. Heating system isn't really heat nor is cooling system actually cooling... its more like warm air. Your hot water want be hot very long. I recently had my water turned off for a few hours with no notification AT ALL.. The patio is currently being removed THE SAME DAY I was notified even though that was an included amenity.

This place is not worth it at all especially if you have a family. It's basically trash and needs to be condemned. They call themselves rebuilding the burnt up units but please find somewhere else to stay unless you want to deal with maintenance men that don't maintain anything. And a manager that blames you for the mold in your bathroom ceiling and kitchen. Obviously from leaks upstairs that i was told by the man himself will dry out. We've been here 8 months and i cannot find a place fast ...
enough. Its invested dirty and nasty. No amount of cleaning and bombing and spraying will do it. Move here if you love black mold and roaches. Thanks.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. Thank God I will be moving next month. I have not seen any improvements since I have been here. My AC/heating unit constantly freezes up and stops cooling the apartment. The last time it happened this summer. The water warped my floors in the hallway and most of my living room. I was told they would lay new floors for me. They came out looked at the damage and till this day nothing has been done. Mold is on my baseboard in the dining room area and the kitchen ...

December will make two years since I have lived there. They have never sprayed the apartment for bugs the entire time. When asked about spraying I was told they will spray, but I will be better off spraying for bugs myself. My front door lock is constantly messing up. Maintenance just comes and play with it until it starts back working for the moment. They have never even tried to change the lock. They want their rent on time, but could careless about your living conditions!

This place is horrible. I lived at these apartments for 2yrs. Dealing with a leaking ceiling in bathroom and kitchen. When it rained I also had to deal with mold growing and a very harsh smell daily in my apartment. The maintenance doesn't come when you call and the property manager is rude and not helpful at all. To sum everything up I moved out after paying rent which I couldn't withhold even if I wanted to plus under law. I provided them with a 30 day notice before moving out and my rent was ...
paid up so everything was in the clear. Almost five months later I still haven't received anything not even a phone call to assure me that the security deposit in being mailed. They wont answer the phone when I called, I also have walked in the office while calling and their sitting there letting the phone ring.
PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
