Don't waste your money
May 22, 2016Jack Bell properties have no amenities. You pay a premium price for location alone. I live in Locus Lofts, and they are cheaply made and poorly managed. The security gate often doesn't work, so the one amenity they list is false. Also, beginning next year, you will have to pay extra for them to use pest control on the property. They only care about getting your money. Spend it somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com
