Very unprofessional
September 16, 2025Tried calling over 10 times to set up a tour with this property and when someone finally answered I got transferred twice to a line that didn’t answer and then when Sabrina finally did pick up she seemed helpful but once I told her the trouble I was going through to get in contact with someone from her property she got very defensive and says that she usually is there when that clearly isn’t the case.They also told me that the apartments would be done with renovations around October and that they ...didn’t have anything until then but when I got a hold of the Sabrina lady she said they actually do have 2 bd but not renovated. Communication is lost within management and creating bad business.Property Manager Responded

The renovated apartments were not available until October (most people are interested in these), and that we may have a 2-bedroom unit that has not been renovated. Unorganized and Unresponsive
July 28, 2025I’ve been calling since 9am non stop nobody picked up from the time they opened and closed I applied and did the application. I still see the unit I applied for on the website but haven’t received no email or anything regarding my application. All the numbers that are listed on their website go straight to the voicemail and it’s so frustrating. I’m trying to see if I’m approved but no response no situation.Property Manager Responded

Power outages
December 15, 2024This is my 6th request about this problem. For more than 3 months, there have been some power outages in the apartments. The power meter makes some noises. Every time i send a request, nothing is done. There s no respect for the resisdents.Property Manager Responded
March 14, 2025It is unfortunate that we have experienced multiple power outages due to extreme weather conditions. We try to be responsive to tenant’s request, we recommend that if there is an ongoing concern, that you make an in-person interview with the office manager.

Not even a resident but was trying too
June 12, 2024I have tried to contact them despite the bad reviews because I have been in Property Management for over 20 years and I know that sometimes residents can go over the top but this seems to be true because I can’t even get a hold of them to get an application for the available units they list are available.. crazyProperty Manager Responded

As you may know from your property management experience that many procedures have been moved online, so all prospective residents apply online for an apartment. It might not be a perfect system but we do the best that we can with almost 500 hundred units.

The place is horrible
March 15, 2023I have put 9 maintenance requests to fix the AC, went to the office 2 times, call more than 50 times until I could reach someone to ask why no one has come to fix it. After 6 months, it is still not fixed. Don’t come any closer to the apartment unless it is your only option.Property Manager Responded

Unresponsive and Unorganized
April 2, 2021Once you get people on the phone you should keep them on the line because they never answer. Once I got someone they said to call the next day for an update. When I called again they said they already told me if I was approved or not and an email was sent. No email was sent so they blamed everything on the third party. I should have listened to the other reviews but I thought to give them a try cause the reviews were outdated.Review from Apartments.com

July 28, 2020I’ve been here since 2017 and since the day I moved in it’s headed Downhill since... my door has been broken for over a year we’ve called about a dozen times took them months to fix my AC, cabinets are falling apart. My stove needs to be replaced moved in there was bed bugs here they told me I must have brought them with me. November 18, 2019Do not move here, trust the reviews. I’ve been here one day and have already seen 3 cockroaches! I’m currently trying to break the lease and leave because we were lied to! The apartment is not renovated, and there is rust everywhere! The apartment smelled bad as soon as I walked through the front door, line cigarettes and dog pee.
