The worst apartment
February 13, 2026I lived at St. Croix Apartments for more than 6 years, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The maintenance service is very poor and issues are not handled properly or in a timely manner. The office staff are not helpful, and the manager is especially rude and unprofessional. After I moved out, I made sure everything in the apartment was in good condition. However, they still charged me $600 for no valid reason. I feel like I completely wasted my time living here.Property Manager Responded

the worst apartment
November 21, 2025This is by far the worst apartment experience I have ever had. Management is openly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. For more than two months, I’ve been dealing with bugs, and every time I ask for help, they lie and say someone will come—nobody ever does. My door lock has been broken for five months, and they still refuse to fix it. Kitchen problems, shower problems—nothing matters to them. What makes it worse is the complete lack of respect. Whenever I report an issue, they ...don’t just ignore me—they mock me. The manager and staff show zero professionalism, and their behavior toward non-Spanish residents is unacceptable. Poor security and Poor management
February 3, 2020My dad got carjacked in the middle of the parking lot at 9pm. Apartment did nothing to improve security. The apartment do not check everyone's background that lives in the complex. So you don't know who all lives next to you. The people in the office don't know anything. They always advise to talk with the management company. If you call the management company they make you call back to the property office and they do that none stop till you get tired to ask. Office people have no respect. They ...are lazy. There are not enough parking space so people park in the grass. Apartments are old and keeps peeling. Lot of roaches. They make you pay pest control fee every month but they don't do anything. May 4, 2019This apartment was nice but now needs an upgrade.. Everything is old yet is in a high price..cooking stove is so old a.c. is old always having problems cooling. For me now i won't move in here because they don't change carpet when someone moved out and roaches won't let you rest from day one..i left because of no upgrade.. February 22, 2018moved here cross-country late last year. This was hands-down my favorite property near Richland College. The location is super close to all important highways and main roads. The amenities here are beautiful (prettiest pool with very moderate traffic...super nice on a day off, beautiful updated units, fireplace in my unit,covered parking, responsive leasing office. special events that have made me feel warm and welcome...I could go on and on!). This place is ALSO the best bang for your buck in ...Dallas. Such a bad place
August 24, 2017This place is the worst place ever. I have been there for almost two years and I stayed there because of the college since I didn't have a car. Don't think that you will get your security deposit, they will find away to take them and charge you even more. The maintenance are good guys and even the workers there, but I don't care about having a good smile on my face and by the end they suck you blood and get as much money as they could. The worst part is live in the apartments near the street, ...crazy annoying and disrupting. My electric bill were always above $150.
