In 1929, workaholic-genius architect Leland Bryant designed this French Norman Revival-style apartment building known as the St. Germaine. It is truly the most beautiful, classic, & charming 1920's building in the Mid-Wilshire and Koreatown area! This building is made for residents who appreciate the finer things in life. It offers endless amounts of charm and is extremely well maintained. One bedroom available. Included in this unit you have high ceilings, original crown molding, build in closets, vanity area, art deco tile in spacious, updated bathroom, fireplace, granite countertops & stainless steel sink in kitchen, new light fixtures, breakfast room, tall windows, very bright & sunny, polish concrete floors, -lots of storage: walk-ins, linen closet, dressing room, stainless steel stove, new view, extra closet in living and can be use as a little office etc. Management & maintenance onsite. Building pays for utilities, included in rent. Laundry onsite. Parking available (3rd on waiting list) $100-150 per month. Pets will be subject to a $25/month, per pet fee, with a maximum of 2 pets per unit. The light through the giant windows lights up the Gleaming polished concrete floors. The place feels poetic and huge! The crown molding and vaulted ceilings make it gorgeous in every direction you look. Lissett, the manager is the perfect person because she loves the building so much and warmly welcomes you to live in its beauty!

The St.Germaine Apartments

This building has personality, very spacious will tall ceilings and tile bathrooms with separate shower and tub. The building receives wonderful natural light and a cross breeze. The surrounding block matches the same decor as this one, neighbors are friendly. It is also walking distance to many Korean stores plus a Ralph's and easy to commute on the purple line train. Although there is no parking, dishwasher or air conditioning I do love living here. The management is kind and efficient.
