Please Avoid, I can't attest to the quality of the apartment living because I couldn't even be let in to be shown around! I drove 1,603 Miles from Texas to Los Angeles to look at this property and a few other rentals in the area (I'll be attending The Los Angeles Film School in Aug) And this property is minutes walking distance to where ill be attending school so it was the perfect choice for me. I had pre scheduled a month ago for all my tours so I had a weeks worth of tours. when you show up ...
the number (213) 516-9634 is the agent who assigns the meetup, the two tours I had with Eric and Guadalupe both times didn't show up, the agent provides several numbers (213) 408-9717 that has a full inbox and if you call (213) 516-9634 you get 3 options one to request info on the property the other to get a hold of maintenance and lastly the property manager you hit the first number and the inbox is full and you hit the last number and the inbox is also full. finally in my desperation I call maintenance and they will answer but they gave me a completely different number possibly the regional offices? (323) 413-2220 with the extension of 0 to reach an operator after all that you know what you get? you guessed it a full inbox! All the while in 100°F weather standing in front of a busy, loud, street I can only assume this posing maybe even the building is running a scam? I will be reporting this listing on all platforms just to save anybody else's time and safety if you still see this post up months or years later the report didn't take down the page, just please heed my warning do not waste your time and gas and simply avoid this property!
