April 30, 2025St. Moritz has been a pretty easy adjustment for our family. My kids love walking around the community and riding their bikes. They say hi to everyone who walks by! The staff has been wonderful thus far and we look forward to our time here. We have found several issues with our apartment but the maintenance team have been great to knock those things out. The only other issue I have seen is people from other buildings are parking in front of our building so it leaves us with no spots to park. I ...understand that will change when construction gets finished. I also wish there was a dedicated dog park or playground. That would be amazing. I definitely recommend St. Moritz to anyone looking for more bang for your buck in the Dallas area!Property Manager Responded

January 19, 2025St. Moritz is hands down the best complex I have ever lived in. I feel extremely safe, especially with the gates always in working order. My maintenance requests are fulfilled within 72 hours (normally 24 hours). The staff are all so friendly and genuinely want to help you. I highly recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

January 12, 2025Maintenance is awesome. Management staff is always helpful and a pleasure to work with. One thing that bothers me is the landscape crew tries to blow leaves under the garage doors, how do I know this. 1) I always have leaves in my garage 2) I have the guy with the blower BLOWING leaves at the garage doors until leaves disappear ??Property Manager Responded
