Great apartment and management

Friendly Staff and Clean Room
June 18, 2021I like the apartments a lot. A little smaller than some of the other options I looked at and I'm relatively new, but I like it a lot so far. Clean, friendly, and very comforting. Morgan is a relatively new hire at Stafford House but you wouldn't be able to tell that by talking to her: all of the documents were ready to go when I arrived to sign my lease, the apartment was clean and she took extra effort to make sure everything was in order, and she has made the process much more simplistic than ...I was expecting. I like the location a lot, but I am biased by it's proximity to both my work offices and family.Property Manager Responded

Very satisfied
December 17, 2020I moved to this apartment complex in July. I was extremely pleased with the apartment itself: very modern and attractive with an updated kitchen and modern amenities. Beautiful area throughout the grounds. It is quiet and safe, and also close to major highways, and many eateries and supermarkets. the downtown area is less than 5 minutes away and is full of shops and restaurants. Feels like Home
February 20, 2020We moved to here in January, arguable the ugliest month of the year, and we fell in love. Even in the grey of winter the property and the apartment is more than surpassing our expectations. The community is only a few years old so everything feels brand new. The community is quiet and we are so close to everything. The staff is incredible and is always willing to answer any questions we may have. I love showing off my new place. Love it!
January 10, 2019My husband and I had lived in the area about 3 years when a friend had moved into Stafford House. We quickly fell in love with his place and the community and moved in the following summer. We have been here about 6 months now and absolutely love it. The apartment's high ceilings and layout make it more comfortable than the others we have found in the area, and the layout of the community makes it a quaint neighborhood feel among a busy area. The fenced in dog area, putt-putt, outdoor grill ...and corn-hole area are great ways to relax in the good weather and the fire pit is great on chilly evenings. Our neighbors are great (and quiet) and we couldn't be happier here. The resident manager, Megan, has been great as well. January 8, 2019I had the unique task of looking for an apartment for my 20 something daughter this past summer who was moving back to the central Ohio area after living in various big cities (Nashville/Pittsburgh). While I think of myself as somewhat plugged in to things hip and trendy...I realize I'm really just a middle aged Mom that wants her daughter to be happy. That being said, we found Stafford House online and it was the first appointment I made of several in the Columbus area. I was delighted to sit ...down with Megan and was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. The kicker here is..I'm a realtor and a property manager myself. Trust me--I peppered Megan with goofy questions most people probably wouldn't think to ask because of what I do for a living. Megan had answers to all my questions, we took a tour, the area seemed to have a lot of great energy and things to do along with easy proximity to IKEA, the airport, the bus line, really...everything. It seems very safe, never sketchy here. Since Clair was letting me choose her apartment 'sight unseen' it was important/nerve wracking I pick the right apartment for her so she wouldn't hate her move here or, well...me. I loved the dog park, the courtyard, the large rooms, the large windows, the way Megan listened when I carefully told her my daughter worked from home and needed to have a quiet daytime environment. Somehow, Megan pulled a rabbit out of her hat and came up with the perfect apartment for her. We now know, it's kind of difficult to get a unit here because no one leaves!! THAT, my friends, says it all. She's been very happy here, I'm elated to have her so close by. The other apartments I looked at paled in comparison, even in the luxury apartment category.
