I had the unique task of looking for an apartment for my 20 something daughter this past summer who was moving back to the central Ohio area after living in various big cities (Nashville/Pittsburgh). ...down with Megan and was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. The kicker here is..I'm a realtor and a property manager myself. Trust me--I peppered Megan with goofy questions most people probably wouldn't think to ask because of what I do for a living. Megan had answers to all my questions, we took a tour, the area seemed to have a lot of great energy and things to do along with easy proximity to IKEA, the airport, the bus line, really...everything. It seems very safe, never sketchy here. Since Clair was letting me choose her apartment 'sight unseen' it was important/nerve wracking I pick the right apartment for her so she wouldn't hate her move here or, well...me. I loved the dog park, the courtyard, the large rooms, the large windows, the way Megan listened when I carefully told her my daughter worked from home and needed to have a quiet daytime environment. Somehow, Megan pulled a rabbit out of her hat and came up with the perfect apartment for her. We now know, it's kind of difficult to get a unit here because no one leaves!! THAT, my friends, says it all. She's been very happy here, I'm elated to have her so close by. The other apartments I looked at paled in comparison, even in the luxury apartment category. Megan makes the difference! Thank you from me to you!
