Anytime you need something be prepared to contact them 3 times and then to blame the next person. The price you pay to live there is crazy, especially with break in. Let’s not forget the fees after you move out(that they don’t give to you till you find it on your credit). Very shady. Look nice but don’t be fooled.

We have lived at Stafford Place going on two years now and I can't express enough how much we love it there! Selling a house and going into an apartment was very scary for us; however, the staff at Stafford Place made it so easy, warm and welcoming! We love all of the office & maintenance staff. They are always attentive and resolve any issues we have in a timely manner. The 3 bedroom apartment is spacious and comfortable. I was surprised by how peaceful apartment living is...we rarely even ...
notice that we have people living above & below us. The amenities are great! Especially the leash free dog park - we have made lots of fur-friends! The weekly events are always fun & we enjoy getting to know our neighbors in the community. We look forward to continuing our stay at Stafford Place!

I am glad residents had a better experience than me. These apartments are very poorly build and the noise level from the neighbors is ridiculous. We had one neighbor that played his surround sound daily and the bass rocked the walls and after several complaints it seemed to only get worse. They call the luxury but luxury is nothing more than part of the name

My apartment is the greatest, when they were building them and they were near my condo I was like these are going to be great. I watched and watched as they were being put up and I was like I am going to sell my condo that I bought new in 2008 to move into these apartments. I that was my plan that so I could move into them. The apartment is great the biggest closest I have ever seen in an apartment, condo or townhome because I have looked at all of them in Winston-Salem. The pool, gym, movie ...
theater and all the grounds are the best of the best. its been along time since I have lived somewhere that I love coming home too everyday. The staff at the apartments are the best too, when you need or have to have something done they are right there. They also have a lot of extra things for the residents, like pool parties, breakfast and lunch and pot luck dinners. We just have a great community and I love it there.. Its the BEST place to live in Winston-Salem, NC

Moved into this location in early 2014. New complex at that time, I had a great stand of trees behind the building which drove my choice of apartments. No mention of any potential changes. Not too long after moving in a sign appeared which indicated zoning changes. Looked it up and it was for new buildings right behind mine. Asked the management company, they said yes but they were going to leave at least a 20 foot stand of trees between the existing buildings and new buildings, got a deal ...
to sign a new lease in late 2014 which I did. Shortly afterwards, they started clearing the area but the stand behind the building was still there. As they got close to being done, the trees all disappeared. Again asked the management company, oh, we are going to build a very nice landscaped area between your building and the new area. Here I am 7 months later with a pile of red dirt behind my unit, new buildings and no sign of any serious attempt at a nice landscaped area.

The apartments are spacious and quiet. I love the view from my balcony. The management is very friendly and professional. Maintenance is extremely fast to respond and does a fantastic job when called. This community is is close to everything but yet tucked away in a quiet area. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious, and affordable home.
