I like the new updates to the building such as new carpeting. The maintenance team always responds in a timely manner. In the past, the community events for the building have been very nice.

It's lease renewal time and I very happy to continue living at Stamford Corners. It is a quiet community where you don't hear an overflow of voices or noise from other units. And, the staff are all friendly and ready to help or just chat.

This was our first place to stay in US, still staying and no regrets. Stamford Corners has offered all the support making shifting to a new country experience so much better. Its not there we never faced an issue living here but every time it was handled very professionally making everything so smooth. Really enjoy living here

After 5 years here with a mostly positive experience would expect more from property owners to fix the terribly drafty windows that have no seals and upgrade old bathroom vanities, and kitchen counter heights and change the garage gating system which is always breaking down ( but you still pay for locked parking )

Move in process was easy but the leasing office was a little backed up and communication was slim. The apartment its self is very nice with a few minor details that still need to be fixed. So far the overall experience has been nice.

I’ve lived at Stamford Corners for a little over 2 years, and overall it’s been a good experience with a few tradeoffs. The location is a major highlight—everything in downtown Stamford is walkable, including restaurants, groceries, and the train. The staff and maintenance team are responsive, and the building is generally clean and well-kept. Amenities like the gym, pool, and courtyard are solid and add value. That said, the building shows its age in places. Temperature control isn’t always ...
consistent, especially in bedrooms. It’s also not quite a true “luxury” experience despite the pricing. Overall, it’s a strong option if you want convenience, decent amenities, and fair value, but less ideal if you’re looking for brand-new finishes.

The building is well maintained, the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming, and it truly feels like home. Management is responsive, the space is comfortable, and the location is a huge plus. I’m really happy here and would absolutely recommend it.

So far so good. Place is clean. Windows are not leaking. Halls are clean. The complex is very quiet. Marcia was very helpful and patient with all me and my family’s million questions and snafoos. Will let you know more in 6 months
