Terrible los apartamentos tienen problemas a cada rato hay que llamar para que lo arreglen y aún así siguen los problemas las renta carísima no es lo que piensan, les dicen que un mes gratis pero después te cobran uuufff demasiado y te cobran más para pagarles a los mismos trabajadores que trabajan ahí, el dueño del condominio dice que el prefiere que se vallan las personas antes de bajar el precio de la renta, no se los recomiendo, no se RENTEN AQUÍ.

Just don’t, the apartment building it old, mould on walls, leaky floors and roof in rainy season, creepy insects from drain, mosquitoes! Maintenance wont respond to your request even if it’s an emergency! My heater has been faulty, it’s been 5 days now! No one here to help. Sleeping on cold. There’s something about the Akron the apartment! Just don’t! My restroom roof has been cut open, to fix a leak, over a week now! They are yet to seal up. Different insects crawling in. And this is just a tip ...

This as got to be the worst apartment ever. If you’re looking to get a place, you don’t want to be here. They don’t care about you they only want your money!!! When I moved into this place, first it was mosquitoes coming inside from no where, next the water smells terrible like pond water, they told me they’d fix it until now, nothing as been done. Water leaks from my closet roof through a switch that could possibly electrocute me called emergency maintenance nothing, my bathroom gets flooded ...
everytime it rains, they said nothing can be done because the supervisor has not approved the maintenance and my situation could go on for months. Besides that, nothing can be done because the issue has to be fixed in every other section of the apartment apart from mine that’s an emergency. My closet rug gets soaked which affect my clothes as well. They don’t fix anything, you literally have to call millions of times or go into the office yourself and with that still, nothing gets done. You don’t want to be here, if you have an option, go somewhere else where they care about your safety and well-being. They new the apartment isn’t in good condition but still decided to let it out. Let me not even start with different creatures I find in my bathroom asides from the water coming in from the upstairs floor. YOU DONT WANT TO BE HERE. My mistake was not reading the reviews before moving in. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. If I had an option to upload pictures of the situation, I definitely would. My closet smells of mew-dew. Even when it doesn’t rain, water soaks up my bathroom rug from nowhere!!!! It’s a nightmare. If you have other option rather than moving in here, take you chance, they don’t care here. Oh I forgot to add, roaches everywhere too. One of the maintenance ppl left my door opened once, I requested to have them come fumigate cos anything could have crawled in. This is almost a week ago!!! No one has come. Take your money where it’s worth it.

The management is very shady and brings up hidden charges not allocated in the lease contract. The current manager is always rude, inconsiderate and the staff emulates her character as well. The apartments are literally falling apart and maintenance is barely functional. If you move here, you would always have complaints every week i can assure you. I already can't wait for my lease to be over so i can get out of here.

Been living here for over 6 years now and I must say we have had lots of ups and downs. Things took a turn for the worst when corporate first took over... Both swimming pools were slimy messes, rats took over the back building and all the amenities like the gym and business center disappeared.
Fast forward a year now the WHOLE complex is being remodeled, buildings are repaired and painted, NEW equipment is found in the GYM, both pool have opened back up, the car port no longer scraps the top of ...

Its quiet, peaceful, and i feel safe. Beside the usual Houston car break in or baby momma drama going on i would like here forever. if i could recommend they do anything to help, id say hire back the front gate security, that stopped a lot of traffic since you only go in and out 1 gate...which is smart anyway. i have been in these apartments for 6 months i have seen some of the same faces and i have seen people come and go.
