Poor office staff
February 10, 2026Terrible leasing office/management company. Your lease means nothing to them and they will break it whenever they want. Be prepared to fight for any referral or rent concession you are owed. I recently resigned my lease and was supposed to get a rent concession for February, says plain as day "will be applied to the rent due for the month of February" and it wasn't. They applied it only after I told them it was missing and are now telling me it was always supposed to be applied for March's rent. ...Anytime I have had to deal with the office staff they just lie to me and it takes weeks and multiple emails to get simple things done.Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2022I am currently a resident here at the Station A Apartments for a couple of months now, I always seem to have inquiries and every single time Kailey is there to assist me. She’s amazing and always goes above and beyond to make me feel like I can always count on her with any concerns within my residency. Station A is always doing something for their residents as from food trucks to entertainment to even having treats for grabs! I haven’t been in a community that goes above and beyond for their ...residents and I believe that is the key to a great stay! Thanks to all the amazing staff! I am happy to be here and I know for sure I can always count on the staff. I want to give a special recognition to Kailey she’s always been so helpful, and her positive attitude is always so contagious. Everything is pretty new and the lazy river is cool. Only negative thing I could think of is no elevators but not a huge deal for a 3 story apartment building. September 15, 2022I've lived here for 3 years and can honestly say I love my apartment. It's wheelchair accessible and the perfect size for a couple without kids. We enjoy walking around the lake.
