February 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comTerrible leasing office/management company. Your lease means nothing to them and they will break it whenever they want. Be prepared to fight for any referral or rent concession you are owed. I recently resigned my lease and was supposed to get a rent concession for February, says plain as day "will be applied to the rent due for the month of February" and it wasn't. She’s amazing and always goes above and beyond to make me feel like I can always count on her with any concerns within my residency. Station A is always doing something for their residents as from food trucks to entertainment to even having treats for grabs! I haven’t been in a community that goes above and beyond for their ...residents and I believe that is the key to a great stay! Thanks to all the amazing staff! Everything is pretty new and the lazy river is cool. Only negative thing I could think of is no elevators but not a huge deal for a 3 story apartment building. All in all 4 out of 5 stars.

We enjoy walking around the lake. It's a very pleasant atmosphere with enjoyable common areas. Rose in the office is a gem! Highly recommend living here. As long as we live in Colorado we won't be living anywhere else.
