Over the years there have been many changes and updates to the property. The office and maintenance staff and easy to work with. Like other places, communities at times have issues, however most are resolved quickly.

Great place, been here 3yrs. We’ve had our ups and downs with our neighbors but nothing serious. Just a beautiful place to be in and very quiet. Great place for the dogs to walk around and I love hearing the kids play out front. I have a 3 month old now so listening to the little ones play, I can’t wait for Luca to be able to do the same.

There is a law about noise after a certain time at night so neighbors below us need to be courteous and respectful of that. People do have jobs and kids and need their sleep. That’s all my saying!!!

Constant loud music every evening.... so loud that you can feel it in your apartment.... Nobody seems to care..... But hey, at least the rent keeps going up!

The Station on Pineview is a great place to live. I have been here since October and I do not have any complaints! The grounds are kept clean and nice and maintenance attends to service requests quickly. Everyone is very nice, and it’s nice to have neighbors that say hello. I love that kids can play outside, on the playground or the soccer court. I am so glad I chose this apartment complex for my home!

I have had a wonderful year in a half in my apartment. There is not many complaints. The laundry room needs a bit of work as in all the washers should be working everytime. But the neighbors I have are so very nice. And I like to be able to get along with my neighbors. I would recommend this apartment complex to all my friends and family.
