Terrible Property
August 15, 2022"Property manager" doesn't do her job and has 4 units that are currently without AC for as long as 4 months. She has no intention of fixing the problem and gets angry and aggresive when you ask about it. Do not recommend! This place is a joke!Review from Apartments.com
I havnt even lived here yet
February 2, 2022I haven’t even filled out an application yet or lived here and already have good stuff to say. Living here would be my first apartment, and they seem perfect just for the fact that they’re low income. They reply to emails fast and they seem super nice already:) also these apartments are so beautiful, they’re only about a year old, I watched them get built!!Review from Apartments.com
Do not even attempt
August 16, 2021If you are looking for communication, do not come here. Management is rude, lacks communication in all ways, and very unprofessional. Couldn’t even get through the application process without having a high volume of issues. Your appointment times will probably not be honored even if it is requested by them, staff does not introduce themselves at all. If you’re trying to fill out your application in peace, sit in your car, they will blast music so loud you cannot even think, they literally stare ...at you without introduction and are not thorough with what they need paperwork wise.
