February 20, 2026I’ve been living at Steeple Club Apartments for 2 ½ years now, and I can honestly say I’ve had a consistently positive experience. From day one, the property has been well-managed and professional. One of the biggest highlights is the maintenance team. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and efficiently. They don’t leave you waiting or wondering — issues are addressed in a timely manner and fixed properly the first time. The property manager’s communication is truly top-tier. ...Responses are prompt, clear, and professional. It’s reassuring to know that management is attentive and actually cares about residents’ concerns. The apartments themselves are up to date and well-kept. The finishes feel modern, and the overall condition of the units reflects good upkeep. I’ve also never had issues with insects, which says a lot about the maintenance and cleanliness of the property. The community is quiet and peaceful, and my neighbors are respectful and friendly. It’s a comfortable environment where you can truly feel at home. After 2 ½ years here, I genuinely have no complaints. CRIME RIDDEN
October 4, 2018****DON'T MOVE HERE!!! It is a quiet community and the amenities look nice in the pictures but it is crime ridden at night and in broad day light! There are constant break-ins in vehicles AND also break ins in the apartments in BROAD DAYLIGHT and Steeple Club Apartments Management just seem to down play the activity as though it doesn't exist!!! How many of the Leasing Staff live there!?!? NONE. The community sits back off the road and it's VERYYYY dark at night making it a haven for ...criminal activity to happen. So you KNOW that if they break in during the day, you have to know what they will do at night when your guard is down and you are asleep!!!!! We have enjoyed it here since we have moved in and they have recently gotten a new courtesy officer that actively monitors the property which gives us a piece of mind. AMAZING
July 11, 2018First of all, my roommates and I have lived here for almost 3 years and we love it. Everything is done in a timely manor and everything gets done efficiently. When we first moved in, they even re did our whole kitchen to make sure it was to our standards! They help out when they can and understand life happens. Second of all, Malena is AWESOME! Horrible Apartment
July 6, 2018Although the apartment is pretty, it was constantly flooding. Water would leak in from the outside of the building every time it rained and the master bathroom would flood every time someone upstairs took a bath. Additionally, the receptionist is absolutely nasty and never gets anything done. They need new people to run this place. The floors are bumpy from someone poorly installing them and my light switch shocks me most times I turn on my living room lights. Absolutely horrible place to live.Review from Apartments.com

September 22, 2015This apartment community is very peaceful, clean, and is also in a great location. The new tallahassee shopping center, remodeled AMC theater, new gym, restaurants, publix, and lake ella are literally 5 minutes away. The people are friendly and the managers are nice as well. The apartments are spacious and have. a very neat design. I have been here 3 years, and what I have loved the most is the peace compared to the college side of town. Great Mid-Town Location!
August 24, 2015Close to Lake Ella and downtown Tallahassee, Steeple Club is a great place to call home! I have lived here since 2013 and they have continually upgraded apartments as they are vacated. You should check the complex out on YouTube! Absolutely love our Front Desk Staff, Mary, and the onsite repairmen. The complex is located far enough off N. Meridian, that it feels like you are in your own world. Nice pool, laundry on site until all units have their own w/d. I'm extremely sad to have to move ...since they are finishing up all the unrenovated units (mine) and then increasing the rent.
