September 22, 2025Maintenance and office staff are great! My complaints are w/ the property management company. There is clearly no money allocated for up keep of the grounds. The cabinets are of cheap and inferior quality. The outer material pulls away from the particle board beneath then cracks and peels. Also, they should do something to improve the noise. This is the loudest place I have ever lived! You can hear everything in the surrounding units.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2025Spoke to Kellady about an issue in person and she was the kindest person I have spoken to in a while at the riverstone location. She listened and understood my concerns and helped me with solutions. I wish this community had recycling efforts and the walls are thin so noise is an issue. Besides that great job hiring Kellady and I’m hoping for things to improve in the future. Also I wish everyone in the office was more adamant to hold residents account for following community rules. August 10, 2025One of the best apartment communities! The apartments are kept very up to date/clean. Amenities are SO relaxing and posh. Maintenance is very attentive, usually taken care the day of depending on how early in the day the request is put in. Rent is a bit high, but of course you get what you pay for and this economy is awful! Overall, the property/units are comfortable and cozy. We LOVE living here and recommend his property over any others in the area! We've lived in others in Sugar Land, and ...Stella has always exceeded our expectations and have never caused any stress or dissatisfaction.Property Manager Responded

August 8, 2025I do enjoy living here quite a bit primarily due to the convenient Neighborhood. However there are a few things that certainly need improving. The pool, which I use quite a bit is excellent but in need of maintenance. For example the cushions on some of the lounge chairs are ripped and unsightly. In addition, the cleanliness of the breezeways leaves a lot to be desired. I wish that you can have a normal cleaning of the stairs, rails, floors, etc. I believe it did improve since i moved ...here but still not up to par. I would be happy with Par. Thank you for now and please feel free to call me at anytime to further discuss. I do admire the office staff quite a bit starting with Sondra and Victoria. July 29, 2025Very good but there isn’t routine cleaning of the buildings. The hallway has been very dirty for months now. Also had to request power washing of stairs a few times because they tend to be very dirty, without regular cleaning.Property Manager Responded
