Great apartments!
December 12, 2024Toured here recently and the staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The view from the penthouse is amazing and you can see the Big House! It's super close to all my classes at Ross too, so I'm very excited to live here next year!Property Manager Responded

Great amenities

Living experience
February 10, 2023Very nice apartments, very clean, maintenance is very quick to issues, staff is friendly and helpful, there is security so we always feel safe and they leave snacks and merch out for us to grab. The gym and study room is very convenient and the study room has a coffee machine and a printer. The location is great. I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. LOCATION
March 18, 2021The best location and views in Ann Arbor. I always feel safe and comfortable in and around the building. Maintenance is always dealt with quickly. My only issue was been with a few unhelpful staff members. In the beginning of this year there was some issues with packages being left by the elevator rather than by your door and I struggled getting resources about a difficult roommate, but otherwise I have greatly enjoyed my experience. -Elizabeth H.Property Manager Responded

Amazing staff!
March 11, 2021Living in Arbor Blu has been amazing. When moving in, we had some issues that needed to be attended to or fixed, but Arbor Blu quickly responded and fixed all our issues and more. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and any maintenance issues we have are fixed extremely quickly. You Should Live in Arbor Blu
March 8, 2021I love living in Arbor Blu! It is the perfect apartment building for college students. The amenities are extremely nice and clean and the stuff are really helpful and nice as well. My favorite part is the roof on a nice day is amazing! The location is perfect too. It is surrounded by great restaurants and is a quick walk to the Diag and State Street.
