Moldy, no parking, gate is always broken, dog poo everywhere (sidewalks and grass), rate goes up year-after-year but the quality just keeps going down. They just made everyone in the complex take down their patio lights and are only allowed two outdoor plants. Where do they get that number?

We take issues such as cleanliness, maintenance of common areas, parking, and gate functionality seriously, and your comments have been shared with our team for review and follow-up. Community upkeep—including pet waste removal and addressing maintenance concerns—is an ongoing priority, and we are continuing to work with our vendors and staff to make improvements.
Regarding patio guidelines, these are outlined in the lease agreement and community policies and are in place to support safety, uniformity, and accessibility throughout the property. While we understand these rules may feel restrictive, they are applied consistently across the community.
