September 5, 2025I loved living here and I'm going to miss it very much! All the amenities are great, every store you could think of is in a 10 minute radius and it's 15 minutes from the city. They are super spacious apartments for a decently affordable price.Property Manager Responded

March 18, 2025The community here feels right. The new management team has a lot of things to fix from previous staff, but they are tackling the problems every day. This is a beautiful place to live. March 14, 2025The first team here was amazing, and after they left the care for the community really fell off. Once they were sold to Rangewater, we were understandably nervous, but I can say that since Rangewater has taken over, everyone we have spoken to and come in contact with has been incredible. They are competent, responsive, helpful, and always striving for the best possible outcome of the situation. The package room is more secure and accessible for the carriers, the hallways are cleaner, and the team ...is fantastic! September 22, 2024Overall satisfied with my experience. We have lived here for almost a year . Rent is high but that’s everywhere in Nashville. The facility is new and the amenities are great. I like the increase in community events. The community is cool and friendly. I wish the dog owners would clean up their poop more. But for the most part no complaints.Review from Apartments.com
