Sterling Pointe, from my experience, is overall a very nice place to live. Good looking building, and very nice units. The main reason I chose Sterling Pointe is due to the low commodity of in unit laundry in Grand Forks. Good place, good neighborhood, good living.

Sterling Pointe has been nothing but awesome in our experience. We had an apartment fall through at a different complex and we were in a crunch to find another one. When we found Sterling Pointe they were so helpful, kept us updated, and answered any question we had. You could tell they cared about us and wanted us to find a place as well! Now living here they have been nothing but great. If we have a maintenance request it has been fulfilled right away. Overall. it has been a great experience ...
and I would 100% recommend this place to someone else!
