May 27, 2022I love love love my unit. I didn’t want to write a review till I had lived here for a while. Well, I’ve lived in SM for almost a year & I can say I’ve had more reasons to love this community than hate being here. My bedroom has a cute little stream that flows behind the window & the view is magnificent! You should see it at winter time when it snows, & the train track fascinates my 4 year old! So much so that he runs over to the windows to watch trains come and go. The grounds are well ...maintained, & my complex is cleaned thoroughly. I cannot get over how quick maintenance answers when I call and the office staff are so pleasant, especially Anna. I have just renewed my lease for another 15 months. I love it here & I have no doubts that you will too!Property Manager Responded

don’t move it
April 7, 2021do not move in here i’ve been here about a year or two now and this place is horrible. when i first moved in i had problems with my bathroom and i asked them to fix it they never did. i literally had a hole in my floor. then my bath tile was coming off and i put in about maybe 3 request for them to fix it and they didn’t so it took them almost a whole year to come fix my bathroom tile. the place gets little to no air. you’ll need a fan because when they turn the air off it’s HOT i mean it makes ...you not wanna cook hot. the rooms gets the hottest outta the whole place. they have poor management and they let people do whatever they please and when you complain about it they don’t careProperty Manager Responded

Do NOT Be Misled!
March 25, 2019In the description above it advertises cable and internet as some of the features! This is FALSE!!! Cable and Internet are not provided and you have to find your own internet and cable provider. Thankfully, I was able to find one for about $50 a month (Xfinity). The only other con is that there are bugs in the apartment. Other than that it's a good place to live!Review from Apartments.com
