Being here has been good. Its a great view of the city. The place is too open to the public though. Anyone can walk in and theirs not enough cameras and security. The price is reasonable and the maintenance needs some work but otherwise its ok.

Building is starting to look worn down, but pricing is reasonable. The laundry room is dirty all the time. Parking is OK. It's been a decent experience.

Solid price, the building is old however. Some suspect neighbors. Bring back the lobby chairs and make parcel carriers use the lockers. Oh, the water is mostly cold now for those that like hot showers.

I love it here at the Towers! Everything that you're looking for is here in Laurel or the surrounding area. I'm not a fan of dogs, and most of the people here don't know how to control them. .

All utilities being sprung together now without a long notice is bad. If there is a need for residents to pay it could have started off partial (ex: now have to pay water gas, with sewage electricity being included). There really isn't any advantage to stay in an older building that's increasingly becoming dilapidated with only two elevators. Mail carriers still refuse to use the parcel lockers.

The rental office makes everything run smooth :). Very helpful. every morning there is someone there to clean the hallways/ elevators parking lots and the sidewalks. no noise complaints etc.
