October 30, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comAll utilities being sprung together now without a long notice is bad. If there is a need for residents to pay it could have started off partial (ex: now have to pay water gas, with sewage electricity being included). There really isn't any advantage to stay in an older building that's increasingly becoming dilapidated with only two elevators. Mail carriers still refuse to use the parcel lockers.Property Manager Responded
