May 20, 2025Throughout my residency in this area, there has been a noticeable absence of security within the apartment complex. My car was stolen from within the gated premises, and numerous other vehicles have been broken into on multiple occasions. Additionally, there have been incidents of break-ins in the apartments. While the improved lighting has provided some assistance, I still feel uneasy. Leaving early in the morning around 4 am, I am always filled with fear about what I might encounter outside. I ...strongly believe that with better security measures in place, these unfortunate incidents could be prevented.Property Manager Responded

Regarding security matters, we understand that safety is a top priority for all residents. While crime is an unfortunate reality in any city, we remain committed to implementing measures that help minimize its impact within our community. We work closely with the Riverside Police Department whenever management is made aware of criminal activity and rely on their expertise in maintaining public safety. In addition, we have taken proactive steps to enhance security, including upgraded exterior lighting throughout the property. Our courtesy patrol conducts multiple rounds each night, and every home is equipped with an intrusion alarm system to provide residents with additional peace of mind.
