RENTERS BEWARE
August 20, 2022If I could give 0 I would!!!! If you’re considering signing a lease with this company RUN!!! Trust me it is not worth the headache they give you, especially when you’re trying to end your lease early (after being there over a year) and with plenty of notice! They make you jump through all these hoops and end up stiffing you for your deposit in the end. We spent 6 + hours cleaning everything that was on the check out list and they still charged a cleaning fee for something as petty as dust or ...cleaning streaks in the fridge! Please know that their appliances are NOT new nor are they in perfect conditions like they say. Although there is a laundry list of other things I could mention it’s simply not worth it and I am glad to FINALLY be done with this place. Best of luck!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

We are so happy to have been residents the few years; property management is always friendly and responsive. Maintenance when needed is easy to schedule! Free access to the pool, outdoor grill area, fitness room, and printer was awesome, ...plus they have a free coffee machine in the clubhouse. The clubhouse is a wonderful, recently remodeled area that can be used for free if scheduled, perfect for hosting a game night or book club. Underground parking is available, storage space is large, outdoor parking can sometimes be scarce, but street parking is available too. The neighborhood is a fairly quiet area still close to shopping, groceries, breweries, and many popular local workplaces. Great place to live!
November 16, 2017I have lived here for over 4 years. I have enjoyed every minute! It is quiet and not overly crowded yet it is close to Verona (I work at Epic), Fitchburg and only about 15 minutes to downtown Madison. I like the convenience of how close it is to the grocery stores and Target. There are also a ton of restaurants close by. My apartment is great and the landscaping is very well maintained! One big thing that drew me to Stone Creek were the amenities. There is a fitness center, tanning bed, ...coffee station, and pool. There is also a large community room that I have rented out several times. Lastly, the office staff and maintenance staff has been very professional and courteous.Property Manager Responded
