October 11, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comBeware of this property....Used to be nice here but the management built basketball courts and cant seem to keep trespassers out now. They let our existing security go and hired armed security guards, which last for a week or so and we never see them . The new manager (Felix) doesn't know what he is doing is very unfriendly but as a homeowner I can't do anything about him. I hope they change their tune and get their act together. As far as the property itself, my roof is leaking and they ...wont do anything about it even though I pay HOA dues.Read More
