Hello, my current apartment is, to say the least, not pretty. It's 2015 and the appliances are all very old, like super old, like grandma old. My windows are broken and not energy efficient at all. I feel like my dryer is going to burn the whole building down if I leave my apartment while it's running. The manager switched my fridge to "save" me money. If three dollars is a significant amount of savings to them then hey ill take it. Better than nothing. But they will not replace anything else.
