The maintenance person only closed one of the requests because I had accidentally submitted two requests regarding the same issue. The staff has been responsive and helpful, and overall, the experience has been good so far. My only suggestion is to make sure all maintenance work, such as finishing cabinets or other small details, is completed before move-in. Once everything is done, it truly feels like a great place to call home.

It took over a month for us to even get our keys to the back door, we still have not heard back regarding a storage unit despite following up with multiple staff members several times over the three months we’ve lived here, communication with staff is beyond abysmal as soon as you sign your lease, and we firmly believe this is not a safe space for your pets if they have any sort of ...behavioral or emotional/anxiety struggles.
