My only suggestion is to make sure all maintenance work, such as finishing cabinets or other small details, is completed before move-in. It took over a month for us to even get our keys to the back door, we still have not heard back regarding a storage unit despite following up with multiple staff members several times over the three months we’ve lived here, communication with staff is beyond abysmal as soon as you sign your lease, and we firmly believe this is not a safe space for your pets if they have any sort of ...behavioral or emotional/anxiety struggles. Staff do not know how to properly interact with fearful animals and clearly do not care for their wellbeing.Property Manager Responded
