October 15, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comSince new owners took over there is no maintenance and they cash your rent check on the 30th of the month before it is due and then put a note on your door on the 14th to pay or get out in 3 days! Scamming, scheming, landlords! The trash doesn't get picked up until bags are falling out of the top of the dumpsters. The grass is rarely mowed anymore and when it is it's done poorly. Seriously this place has gone downhill in just 2 months. Great location...but no management.Property Manager Responded
