We just moved to stone ridge in the beginning of April. We absolutely love everything about it. It is in a safe part of tifton, has brand new amenities and it is easy access to our church and restaurants. The office staff is great and the maintenance team is very fast. We also love laying by the pool! It’s a wonderful community.

I am proud to be a tenant here at Stone Ridge Cottage’s. I moved in here a little over a year ago as I began my journey as an empty nester. With both of my children being grown now and having their own homes, I no longer needed a large home, so I made the decision to downsize. Finding a place to rent in Tifton that checked all the boxes for me wasn’t easy, until I found Stone Ridge. I moved here five months ago and have had nothing short of a great experience. The property manager is very kind and personable, they keep everything outdoors maintained very well, and I’ve had no issues with neighbors. 10/10 Will be renewing my lease.

We moved to the cottages shortly after a hurricane had damaged our previous home. From the moment we got here, we felt a great sense of community. Management is always responsive and helpful and keeps us up to date with all events. If we need anything she does anything she can to help.
