Before u move in
November 4, 2025Before moving in just kno if u have family or friends, a babysitter anybody that visits with a vehicle can only park on the property 3x a month or they will be towed they don’t care if they are just babysitting ur child while u work if that license plate is registered 3x they can’t park which is crazy now we can’t have family come over they said cause ppl who don’t live their park in our apartment then hand out visitor passes and make sure the gate works cause 2 grown adults can only have 3 ...visits not per tenant but 3visits per apartment they are aware and said is taking feedback so here is mineProperty Manager Responded

Best staff ever
February 3, 2024I love and have loved living here. Even though you can hear the racing on the tollway on weekends, it’s quiet for the most part. No riff raff tenants. I’ve had many apartments and have never had such an amazing staff as I do here. The maintenance team is also great. I submit a request on Monday and Tuesday my issue is resolved. Best Apartments Ever
June 28, 2019I have been living at my residence a couple of months now and I notice the management and staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They are welcoming and actually hear what you have to say regarding concerns or any issues. If maintenance is called, they are there ASAP. That usually doesn’t happen but it does here. The manager Chris is always going the extra mile to help you with whatever you need. When there is a good manager in place like her, there is a heck of a staff coming along.Review from Apartments.com

I love my apartment home
March 25, 2019I moved into these apartments almost 3 years ago now, and I have enjoyed every part of being here. The community is always clean, the office staff is the best, the manager Chris is one of the best office managers I have ever worked with and the maintenance staff is always on top of their job when things are needed. I enjoy walking my dog around the community nightly and stop by the dog park often. I have referred several of my family members here and they are pleased as well. It will be a sad ...day if I ever have to move. If you are thinking about somewhere new to live, I definitely recommend you come into the office to check these out.Property Manager Responded

I love this community
March 25, 2019I have lived here for two years. Great maintenance and office staff. The dog park is the best and it's a amazing location. Anytime I call in a work order the office staff address it right away. This is for sure one of the best properties I have lived at since being in Dallas. I dont plan on moving anytime soon. My favorite complex to have lived in ever!
March 25, 2019I cannot say enough wonderful things about this complex, from Chris the manager and all of the office staff, the maintenance team and more. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel cared for as a resident. The prices for the apartments are great as well. I wish Chris rented houses because I would not hesitate to rent from her. The maintenance team is quick to respond as well as the office staff. If I ever have questions or need assistance with something the staff is always so quick to ...help. The facilities are nice and the team works very hard to keep the grounds clean and maintained. The location is great as it is central to several restaurants and shopping. It is far back enough from the highway that you do not hear any noise either. I really like the small community there because you get to know more of your neighbors. Look Before You Leap!
August 10, 2018Do you want to come home to trash strewn around outside your building 7 days a week? Unable to find a parking spot? People parked in your spot although you pay for it? Bad air conditioning where you smell everything coming through your vents? Noisy neighbors? Poor landscaping with dogs poop everywhere? Then this is the place for you. Lovely Community with a "Secret Garden" Feel

It's very centrally located to shopping and dining and close to a few large parks and trails. It's a very small complex and quiet for the most part, very well kept and all of the staff has been very helpful and friendly. Parking
September 10, 2015As with all complexes, there are pros and cons. The biggest problem I have with this apartment is the lack of uncovered/garage parking. You can either pay extra for a covered spot or garage ($80-100), or take your chances and hope there's an open spot near your apartment. And if you have visitors, forget it. I've had to have guests park outside the gate in handicapped spots or out on the street. I pay for a gated community for a reason and this is annoys me. Also maintenance can be slow. I will ...admit I made my request for a new door stop (bugs were coming in under the door) during the summer so air conditioners were taking priority but it still took 4 weeks to get to me. They don't replace the dog bags very quickly either. The Pros: the gate is rarely stuck open, and when it is, they fix it quickly. They keep up the grounds nicely (other than when dog bags are out).
