Stone Run East is my first apartment and it is a beautiful property. The bedroom and itches is spacious and there is a nice patio. The floors are carpet and there is a laundry room downstairs. The pool is beautiful
and there is opportunity for a small gathering for a cookout. The cons of the property is that it is entirely to quiet, a gift and a curse. When I moved in I was 26. Of course loud music and having friends over is the only thing that comes to mind at my age. The neighbors will ALWAYS ...
call the policy on you if the music is slightly louder than normal (louder than their TV). So small gatherings like a girls night or a get together is out of the question. I also felt that I was the only younger adult living there. It seems to be a retirement neighborhood or def. an area where people want to raise their family. Great property but a little above my age bracket.
