Lived here for over two years, and have had nothing but problems from the jump. They’re constantly changing maintenance crew and nothing gets fixed properly—they just slap a bandaid on the issue and call it good until you inevitably put in another request for the same issue. They’ve changed management three times, and the newest one is abrasive and rude. We are constantly having issues with packages being stolen, and a few cars have gotten broken into recently. gates are always broken and just stuck open, and nobody does anything about it. There are always confrontations between neighbors, a lot of which are racially charged, and twice we witnessed a gun being brought out, though everyone scattered before the cops came. People don’t pick up after their pets, kids leave their toys in the middle of the driveway, etc. The pictures look great, but this place is dirty and you will get the Landlord Special. They’ll tell you anything you want to hear to get you in there. Don’t fall for it. There’s a reason there are so many units open, all of a sudden.
