August 24, 2024The amenities here are inexcusable and have gone significantly downhill. The jacuzzi photos are taken a month apart. The grills used to be charcoal and were always in service as long as you had charcoal. They "upgraded" the grills to propane and every single weekend, they never make sure the propane tanks are full. This grill has been without propane for at least 2 months, but they were kind enough to reattach a cleaning brush. **sarcasm** That sign on the package door has been there for at least ...3 months so if you have package that shows up outside of business hours, good luck retrieving it. They're going to respond something snarky and tell lies but I promise you I am not lying about anything in my review. This is all current as of today. Half of the equipment in the gym is broken. It is a gorgeous night out and myself, and 3 of my neighbors attempted to grill and use the pool but every single grill on this side of the building is without propane. How they can excuse this when it's been months and Frys is next door is beyond me. The place is too expensive for this.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Avoid this place it’s not safe
May 7, 2020Apartments get broken into all the time and cars and stuff gets stolen off balcony’s there is no security at all and homeless people and drug addicts hang out at night as they can just walk in all the open gates if you want a safe place to live don’t come here avoid it you can’t put a price on safety and this place is dangerous we had to install cameras and get additional insurance to cover constant thefts.Review from Apartments.com

October 25, 2017I am staying here for more than 2 years and I feel the apartment is comfortable and airy. We get so much sunlight in my apartment which we all like the most. The Leasing office staffs are friendly and approachable. It is a good place with all grocery stores, mall, Costco in walkable distance and rent is pretty less compared to other apartments.Review from Apartments.com
Stonebridge at Paradises Valley
August 20, 2015This is a fairly priced apartment for the area, but it is quite dated. It was built in the 80s and our stove, microwave, and dishwasher hadn't looked like they'd been updated since then. They are doing remodels, but the prices are higher for these units. Beyond this, I had my bike stolen off my porch and we found several roaches. The inside of the apartments are clean, though not luxurious. Overall, not the worst experience, but not the best either.Review from Apartments.com
Decent Apartment
July 21, 2015I enjoy my apartment. The layout makes good use of the square footage which there is a lot of. The apartment had just been upgraded as well. Only negatives are the lack of ceiling fans and no hookups to add your own. Also, The entrance only has room for 2 cars if you have to enter the gate code.Review from Apartments.com
