They say they are pet friendly however upon leaving they will charge you $300 to replace the carpets. They stated mine smelled like pet urine even though I have one 4 year old cat who NEVER has accidents. Also took 3 months of me asking for them to give me a microwave (they stated they ordered and lost) and the pool was down for almost 2 summer months of my 6 month stay. The office is only open business hours so if you work odd hours it is nearly impossible to receive your packages. The only ...

Stonegate is a safe and clean community of working professionals who all look out for the community. It is clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help out the tenants. They treat everyone like family. I would rate Stonegate as the best apartment complex in Del Rio by far.

My husband and I have lived in these apartments a little over a year and have nothing but excellent things to say! When we first moved in, the management staff was not that great, but things have significantly turned around with Maria now in charge! There is a gym, an amazing pool (both of which need a code to get in and out of) and great walking trails that surround the complex. It is pretty quiet, and mostly occupied by military, DOD and border patrol! It's in close proximity to the main strip ...
(Veteran's) which has a Wal-mart and many restaurants and stores. Like the previous review stated, it is in the best possible part of town and there is a school and church next door/behind. Maria, the complex manager is always available to help you with anything you need and you can tell she really cares about the place and the residents!

After having lived in Del Rio for the last six months, I can safely say that Stonegate Apartments are the best apartments in town. They're located in the nicest part of town, right next to a school, church, and a well kept neighborhood (which is good for running in). There are a lot of military and border patrol members that live in the complex which gives it a safe feel. If you've seen reviews about poor management, those had me nervous as well, but new management took over right before I got ...

Definitely the best apartments in Del Rio. They are in a nice part of town, and are well taken care of. Mostly law enforcement and Air Force live here.
The staff is super friendly. They care about your needs and what you're looking for in a home. Whenever I go into the office, I feel welcome and cared about.
I wish it was gated and had carports, but the other amenities (pool and gym) are nice
