Moving in was smooth but Moving Out was Horrible
June 2, 2022Negative review on customer service and prpfessionalism. Location was quiet and nice but owner is a tough cookie, rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. Aside from not returning our security deposit within 14 days deducted cleaning fees even though apartment was already clean, did not provide receipt of cleaning. We shouldn't have not wasted our time cleaning. Make sure to take pictures and take note of any damages before moving in. They will find every reason to charge or deduct anything from the ...security deposit. Stay away from this rental property.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 29, 2020This property caught my attention because it is in the Jamesville DeWitt school district, which is one of the best schools in the area. It is quiet, and has a neighborhood type of feel to it. I am grateful to have found this apt. The staff is always friendly and professional.
