Favorite apartment we’ve ever lived in!

We are obsessed with our apartment and are sad to leave. If it wasn’t for traveling for work, we would be here much longer! The apartment is spacious and cozy at the same time. Our backyard space is beautiful and lined with trees and bushes. Full sized washer and dryer in unit(who wouldn’t love that.) High ceilings, deep tub, PLENTY of storage space, attached garage, I literally could go on and on! The pool here is never overcrowded and so relaxing over the summer! Allyssa at the office is the ...
one we worked with when looking at apartments here and she was so helpful and so nice! She remembers us whenever we are in the office and always is so positive! Property fails to disclose All Fees on its website or online application

Before executing any lease with any Thomson Companies property get everything in writing and don't bother with information online as it does not disclose all fees and company will not care about making it right.

Trashy neighbors. Lived here for a year and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Had nothing but issues. Couldn't wait to get out my lease.

Short term leases

They say they offer short term leases but what they don't say is that one must have had a full 12 month lease first. Quite disappointed and desperate to find something until our house is finished being built

Apartment review

Love the location. In general front office staff polite Biggest complaint is the heating/air system, when fan is in use it sounds as if a large airline jet is taking off in the apartment. We will have to pause movies and conversations until fan has completed cycle.

Great place in near west suburbs

Love this place! Staff always so helpful and courteous. Maintenance issues always promptly addressed. Fun parties and great pool exercise room and tennis and basketball courts. Just renewed for second year and anticipate being here for several more years at least.

Stonegate is such a nice place. I can't believe how lucky I am to have gotten this place as my first official apartment. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The amenities are fantastic (24-hour fitness room, large pool and hot tub, tennis/basket ball court). I am staying in a 2Br/2Ba with more than enough space. I love this place and highly recommend it.
