Worst management ever
August 4, 2025They care more about getting your money than the safety of all the tenants, they knew a man was here carrying an AK-47 (uncovered) looking for someone on our complex which put everyone’s life in danger and they failed to notify all of the tenants in an email. I know this personally because I seen him myself. SWAT team came, the police came and the guy was never caught yet Management still refused to send a mass email to notify all tenants that our safety has been compromised. Its okay for your first place
November 21, 2019First and Foremost, there are no utilities included with the rent...Electric/trash are tacked onto the rent which is an additional $60-$70. Also appliances are not included, you either need to rent them or have your own appliances (that also includes microwaves). The property is somewhat decent, about a couple months ago the city came to evict all homeless from the back side of the property (Thank goodness) but you will still see them digging in the dumpsters. The office is typically closed even ...during the week and most weekends, which makes it so difficult to do laundry, given the "load card" machine is ONLY in the office (so word of advice, load up that card as much as you can, otherwise you cannot do laundry). The staff is nice and sufficient. The gate to the community is a nuisance. It sometimes works it most of the time doesn't.Property Manager Responded
November 26, 2019Hi Anonymous User, this is Kailey with Customer Service. I am happy to hear that you find the team nice, they care a lot about what they do. I am sorry to hear about your other frustrations, but I do think there are a few misunderstandings. The office is open Monday-Saturday and our team staggers their lunch breaks so that there is always someone there. Occasionally we do have meetings or appointments, so I apologize if they missed you. We do offer several laundry card loading machines, one is in the laundry room and equipped to take debit cards, the other is in the office and accepts cash. We found that it is common that utilities are additional to rent, most apartment communities in the area operate this way as well. As for the gate, I know it is so frustrating when it doesn't operate or when someone is an irresponsible resident and breaks it - but I think with Sam in place as the manager it has been operating properly for some time now. Been here for 15 years- since 2003 - Big and roomy apartments...
September 2, 2018These apartments are big and roomy, the patio's are really big too. The gardeners do an outstanding job, and keep the feel of a woodsy atmosphere here. The grounds are kept very clean. It is also VERY pet friendly, they even have a doggy area :] All the neighbors keep to themselves mostly, so it is somewhat of a quiet environment. I am surrounded by many shopping stores, and restaurants as well. Overall- I have been satisfied with my stay at Stonegate Apartments for many years, and for many ...reasons. I have not yet met the newest managers here from some years ago- however, the complex continues to be maintained, and clean. I will miss it when I leave!Property Manager Responded

Great Quiet Community
October 13, 2015The Stonegate Apartment Homes are a great community to be apart of. They are pet friendly, kid friendly, and the neighbors you will have are friendly too. The grounds and anemities are always kept nice and clean. The children have a brand-new playground to play on, residents have a sparkling blue pool to swim in, and for those who love to hit the gym, the one here is newly remodeled. Even the puppies have a cool spot at the dog park to hang out. Sandra and Sam are the on-site managers here and ...they are always on top of everything and I couldn't be more happier with them.
