Horrible management

Horrible maintenance and management. Apartments are horrible made out of cardboard. Tenants don’t respect parking. They park in handicap or loading docks all the time. You call and you can’t get anyone. Garbage areas are filthy. Not worth the money.

The maintenance department in this complex is virtually nonexistent. I waited five months to simply have a screen repaired. The trash areas are not only disgustingly filthy and smelly but are downright unsafe.

Management doesn't respond to calls, doesn't respond to letters, doesn't respond to RentCafe tickets. I don't think they are ever even in the office anymore except for new lease signers. Dog turds and garbage get left on the sidewalks/lawn for weeks at a time. Walls very thin and there are no amenities so not sure why cost has risen so high. Things have gone massively downhill over last year or two. Will not be renewing lease. Be warned.

this place is the worst management staff. they never answer your calls. they do zero up keep. it is overpriced with ZERO amenities, other than a laundry room which is horrible. machines never work, or steal your money. they dont assign parking for tenants. it is just horrible. the apartment is pretty. but thats it. not worth it at all.

My neighbors are constantly pounding on floor causing my lights to rattle and photos to fall off my walls. I have to constantly wear noise canceling headphones in my own home. Very stressful to live in, especially if you work from home.

This place has mold everywhere. They've had to move people from one unit to the next because of the growing mold. Overpriced and nothing comes with it. Cheap paint and kitchen appliance. Rushed built! Things aren't leveled correctly and finished. Paint isn't in all spots and colors don't match.
