The administration constantly leaves letters in everyone's door about using drugs on the properties.. how everyone needs to stop vandalizing property.. how the laundry room will be restricted to office hours just so admins can keep a watchful eye.. Maint hasn't come by ONCE to change my air filter in SIX MONTHS. Everything is filthy, the neighbors have roaches so that means you do too! The walls are paper thin and everyone loves their music loud. Tenants are disrespectful and knock on the doors ...
asking for money or trying to sell you things. And the cops have been by multiple times either asking if I've seen someone or they're checking on a report of suspicious activity in the area. Terrible place to live. AVOID!

No air. High crime. Apt broke into 2×s Roaches. No matinance. Can never get an answer at office. One laundry room vandalized with sleeping drinks in it. All mailboxes broken into. Not five for a year. Horrible high crime place. Police always here arresting someone.

I wanted to give out an awesome review here. I never had been to a place where I could call a home. This is a beautiful place in a wonderful and a safe environment. As soon as I walk in the office, all of the staff are friendly. I feel like I am an important resident to them. They always take care of my needs, and always there for me. The manager is always so kind, and always there for me. They also have another apartment complex across the street, and when I walk into that place I always feel ...

Stay away from these apartments

a minute ago I'm glad I was able to visit this location & that my application was denied. Apartment list has pictures of these beautiful stoneridge apartments with a beautiful pool, but those pics dont even belong to these stoneridge apartments in Sanford, FL. These apartments is not in the best neighborhood. I was able to drive around inside & I'm like wow. The only building that looks decent is the leasing office. There was only one studio & 1 bedroom available around the time I applied. Now on ...
their site & apartment list is showing there's about 6 apartments available now. Either they kicked people out, or tenants left due to their apartments poor conditions or because from what I've heard, they have increase the rent amount. I would understand if you remodeled these apartments, but per all the review on other sites these apartments are in bad condition. If the outdoor conditions were poor, I can only imagine how it looks inside.

very poor management

The roof leaks over unit 417 and they are doing bad job on repairs , so roof still leaks and now my ceiling fell down and mold is growing. they just don't seem to care, this has been going on for months. DON'T MOVE HERE, IT SEEMS LIKE THEY THINK THEY CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE POOR!
