As a new resident, I've found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer in unit are so convenient for everyday life. The unit is roomier than I expected and I am looking forward to lighting our first fire in the fireplace. Zero complaints so far on our choice of apartment home ??

It’s a nice apartment. It’s spacious for a one bedroom. I wish the bathroom would have been updated. I did have an issue with bugs. The gym is nice.

Very stained carpets in walk ways, out of date appliances. No update fixtures, no newly painted doors. Communication is horrible at times. No one answers the phone in a timely manner.

It was ok , it was a bit challenging at first but we able to get it together before we had to change the move in date for the 4th time . Bit I was about to move in on time.

Staff is rude, takes months to address serious maintenance issues. But rent consistently goes up at a fast rate.Definitely my last lease agreement here.

Doesn’t smell great in the buildings and there are lots of bugs and maintenance issues. But the maintenance team is nice and it’s in a quiet area close to everything.

Paint peeling off the walls and ceiling, toilet leaks on floor, smelly trash overflowing in the parking lot, mattresses laying around everywhere, cars racing thru parking lot. Not a pleasant place to live.
